Monday workout
Today I did 8 horrible miles and had to stop and stretch about 3 times. Still, I din't regret it though.

walked the dog about 30 min...but this was rather slow, so I just count it as a warm up.
ran (walked) 5k. still feel like I'm walking too much. argh.
I'm hoping the hype of the day will give me a little extra *zing* that I seemed to be lacking today.
shoot. I have to stretch more. I'm on it now.

I use a Timex watch. It has a timmer function on it that allows you to set a time in and it beeps when time is up. For a long run, I will set it for 6 or 7 minutes. When it gets to the end, it will beep and I will walk for a minute before I resume running. 6 minutes later, it starts all over.
