3.1 miles.  1,000 minutes (lol)  You guys are pushing too hard.  Seriously 27'40".  Last run this week.  Just spinning, therapy, and body pump till Sunday. Rob

I have been spinning more this week because I am riding 50 miles on saturday however yesterday I ran 3 miles in 32 minutes and did abd after.
