QUESTION FOR ALL POST BL/BA EXERCISE JUNKIES

I'm 6 weeks post BL/BA and was wondering if anyone gave up running, jogging, or high impact work outs due to the nature of their surgery.  I maintained my weight during this post-op period with speed walking, but want to get back running.  Has anyone had issues with their surgery after going back to their pre-op routines?  I enjoy running so much, but would rather maintain the perfect "ta-ta's"!!!  Would love to hear from you all.

Go slow girl.  You can try running a bit, but I found that the jostling still hurt for a good 3 months after bl/ba.  Use your own expereince jogging as your guide, but stop running/jumping activities if you become uncomfortable.  Use a really snug jog bra to help keep the girls from moving around too much.  Good luck.

I haven't had my BL yet but man I sure would hate for them to fall due to running too early after all that  you know.  I would definitely go slow.
