Thursday workout

I just got back from a hot and tough 5 mile run through our "off limits" ressie.  Glad I didn't get caught.  No out running the 75 year old security driver today.  Besides that some light stretching

1 hour walk at beach (on boardwalk) 25 min run 5 min cool down ab work stretching

6.5 grueling killer hours of golf on a hilly terrain course in Prince George VA. I won the Hackers award for worst score of the day.  It sm y first golf trophy,...wait,.....sorry I got a little misty,........It was good day.  I had a great time with our Captain's Choice team from work. But maaaaaaan, I had no idea I'd be this beat !!

Hi - I did 3.5 miles (walked once with the 10K training group.  My pace was 13:02/mile.  It was pretty warm tonight.  We did a nice run through town then by the water - I've always seen people running there and today I was running there.  Fun!

Ran 4 miles today after work (38 minutes).  Wasn't very exciting, too many cars with bad mufflers on the road. Rob

A 35 mile bike ride up along the river in the morning.  My knees are now quite sore.  An hour weight workout for back and bi's in the afternoon

I did a 3 mile walk after work.  I took about an hour.
