Wednesday Workout
Since no one has started this one yet, I'll do it.
You gotta love it when running feels good! I had a good interval speed run today.
10 min at 6.3
repeat 3 times: 5 min at 7.1 2 min at 6.3
repeat 2 times: 7.1,2,3,4,5 (1 min each) 2 min at 6.3
5 min at 6.3
I wasn't going to do the second 7.1-7.5, but since it felt so good, I figured I better!

I am embarassed to say how horrible my workout was today. its as though my body just flat out boycotted the idea of moving.
I dont think I ate/drank properly beforehand.
I'm not sure what happened but it frustrated me beyond belief.
not giving up though!

I got home & was feeling poorly about it & thought this is bull. so I got in my car & went to my gym. I did 5 min elliptical warmup 15 min run 5 min cooldown. not my original plan for today (wanted to run the 5k outside) but made me feel better about what I didnt get done on my original try

I felt pretty good today and had some extra energy. I tried something new. I drank 1/2 cup of organic lowfat chocolate milk before working out and I had enough steam to get thru my workout. Not sure if that was a good idea but it felt better than being in slow motion.
40 miutes walk / run treadmill
abs and leg machines
30 minutes walking with the dog
Wed workouts
12:30 walked 45 min outside before work
No break at work tonight so went to the gym after work
11:30 pm to 12:30 AM @ work gym
I'm exhausted but did it anyway
10 min warm up
Suspended Floor Press medium grip
Suspened floor press close grip
Incline Discus flyes
Flat DB Flyes
DB Pullover
Earl
