Monday Workout
Today was wierd for me. I worked out before I ran so that I could see the start of the Boston Marathon. I have a buddy that took 23rd - overall. 2:24:30
I did:
flat bench dumbell press 4 sets at 60-70-80-90
military press 3 sets at 135 for 6-4-2
single arm tricep extensions - cable
double arm extensions - cable
single arm latteral raises
when I got home I did a 3.1 mile loop through the local resivour - I was trespassing!

I ran (still walking some) 5k at a local park which turned out was flooded in some areas so I got my first squishy shoe experience.
also went to Lake Michigan & walked my dog on the pier, but this was more for him than me, so it was more leisurely as he was determined all other dogs knew he claimed the pier as his own.
chocolate, chocolate, chocolate! ACK!
