7:50 pm to 8:30 @ work gym

10 walk on treadmill

Romanian Deadlifts

I walked about 40 miles around Boston checking out the Women's Olympic Marathon Trials.  I wish that I wore my GPS watch because I seriously bet that it was 7 or 8 miles.

Ran four miles (36'), then cycled outside for an hour.  Spent the rest of the day outside gardening.  A beautiful day to be outside. Rob
