Friday Workout
I did 4.1 miles on the TM this morning. 3.6 was running.
15 Minutes stretching
2 exercises for Bi's
2 exercises for the back
and some real light core work.

ok, I walked 15 min while at work on break.
came home. slacked.
then attempted to run, brought my dog. he must have felt an even greater need to mark EVERYTHING as i was constantly screaming 'LEAVE IT"!! so my run turned into a walk & a relatively short one at that....about 20 min.
from now on, walking the dog & training for run are 2 seperate things. lesson learned
