I did arms, shoulders & chest in the morning (light handweights, slow, many reps), and about an hour & 20 min of cardio in the afternoon.

I did strength training with my trainer and then 20 min or so on the bike.  I can't begin to say how much I love these workouts.  I've been back doing weights about 3 weeks now and I can start to see an improvement in my strength - it's so much fun!

Hi - I did 3 miles with the running group at a pace of 12:32.  It was a good run.  Yea!
