Exercise guides

I'm waiting to be scheduled for my RnY.  I'm working out and getting in the best shape I can pre-op (Current  age 35, BMI 45, good health), I'm walking 4 miles a day and I want to get an early start on the arm flab and the 'apron'.  Are there any good guides/videos to help?  Thanks!
