Another Running Question

The other day I felt so good that I was running when I should have been walking.  So I am thinking, it is time to switch things up a bit.  Should I increase the mileage (currently doing 2 miles -roundtrip), increase my run/walk time (currently doing 20 secs./2 minutes) or increase both?   Thanks, Kim

I was say try doing 1 minute running/2 minutes walking!! 2 miles is good for your short runs but you will need to up your mileage once a week add more miles each week!! My marathon training I did 2 miles times a week and on the weekend is when we would run longer each week!!

Kevin, I am going to try that what you suggested starting tomorrow.  I will also start to add a longer run in the week... say 3 miles (starting out)?  Thanks a lot, buddy.  Kim
