Did a fun spin class today.  We did some interval endurance training.  Great workout and the legs were burning. Hope you all had a great workout as well!  Linn

By the way, this is the only photo that proves I was in the tri on Saturday.  My husband's camera didn't work at the finish, but this is about a mile into the 5k.  http://buckaroophoto.exposuremanager.com/p/numbers_121_to_14 0/griz_triathlon2008_img_034140 Linn

Beautiful!  The country side wasn't bad either. I agree with Earl.  Get a holster for those things.

I did a 3 mile run followed by a 1/4 mile walk/cool down.  I did some speed intervals and ran into somebody I work with who is a great runner and kept me at a faster pace for longer than I would have on my own!  I ended up doing the 3 miles at a 10:17 pace.  It was a great workout. Nice pic from your tri - beautiful countryside and you look great. Mary

Great picture!  and congrats! I did 2.5 miles at a little over a 13 min. pace with the 10K training group I'm in.  I felt pretty sluggish the whole way and walked once for 1:30.
