Tuesday Workout
By the way, this is the only photo that proves I was in the tri on Saturday. My husband's camera didn't work at the finish, but this is about a mile into the 5k.

I did a 3 mile run followed by a 1/4 mile walk/cool down. I did some speed intervals and ran into somebody I work with who is a great runner and kept me at a faster pace for longer than I would have on my own! I ended up doing the 3 miles at a 10:17 pace. It was a great workout.
