Feellike giving up! (Rant)

Don't give up!
I had the same problem for over a year. Although this may not apply to you and you may just be in a plateau, I realized that I was working out 5 days a week but I was consuming a lot of hidden calories. I decided to keep a food journal and really monitor what I was eating. In fact, I thought it would be impossible for my body to loose weight because I could not understand why such a physically active person could still be so obese. Well, I am happy to report after I got my eating under control, the exercise started really paying off. However, I did loose a lot of inches with exercise alone so to the world, it seemed as if I was really loosing weight when in actuallity, I was not.
Just, don't give up!!!
