20 minutes stationary bike.

6 minutes stairmonster.

I read these all the time so now I'm posting :) Went to the gym this morning and did 30 minutes level 8 stationary bike with rpm between 80-100 entire time. Then 15 minutes of strength training on legs and 150 crunches. Have a wonderful day everyone! Jen
