Saturday Workout (aside from the racers)
I'm trying to get all my workouts in this weekend because of my work schedule the rest of the week.
12:50 to 1:30 pm before work
walked outside for 40 min (it's a half way nice day in Ohio...finally.)
8:40 to 9:10 pm @ work gym
DB Curls superset Cable French Press
Hammer Curls superset Pushdowns
Concentration curls superset 1arm DB Extensions
DB Wrist curls

I'm on about week 7 of the couch to 5K program. I did 5 min walk, 5 min run, 3 min walk, 8 min run, 3 min walk, 5 min run, 5 min walk. I walked at 3.9 and ran at 5.4. I'm not sure at this point if I should be working on increasing my speed or working on increasing the amount of time I run in between walking.
