1 Arm DB Laterals Superset Diesel Shrugs
Trying a little bodybuilding for a month or two. Just to change things up and there doesn't seem to be any track meets this year, so it's kind of blowing my motivation to train heavy all the time. Bodybuilding style training feels better when I'm in the gym, but I'm sore for days after.
