Sunday's Workout

Guess I'll get the ball rolling....... Right now, I have just finished breakfast (cream of wheat w/ a splash of soy milk and 2 tbsp of fresh blueberries) and am trying to get motivated to get off of the laptop to do my long run....6 miles. It's cold out, so I'm heading for the treadmill to do it. Then...lots os stretching.  My muscles are a bit sore from dance class last night....UGH!

I will be doing my run/walk for about 30 mins.  I plan on adding 20 secs. to the running part.

I'm  waiting for people to come meet my foster dog & potentially adopt her,  so until they get here I do nothing.   *tapping  fingers* but "plan" to at least get to the gym after they leave.
