Sunday's Workout
Guess I'll get the ball rolling.......
Right now, I have just finished breakfast (cream of wheat w/ a splash of soy milk and 2 tbsp of fresh blueberries) and am trying to get motivated to get off of the laptop to do my long run....6 miles.
It's cold out, so I'm heading for the treadmill to do it.
Then...lots os stretching. My muscles are a bit sore from dance class last night....UGH!
