I've made four days so far at 50 minutesyea me. Only one more day to go, to get my workout in for the week.  I also signed up for a charity walk /run to benefit my job (8k) I will be walking! I am really looking forward to it. My family and friends have signed up with me which is a really nice show of support, even my grandmother is going with us!  April 26th wish me luck.

Great job, keep up the fantastic work!  It takes about 30 days to make a new habit "stick," so stay committed for that long, then this may start to feel a whole lot easier!!!  'Atta girl -  Kellie
