Thoughts that weigh you down
Only One more day until I weigh myself. You know it's weird I was talking to someone at work the other day and I made the comment I hope the scale says something good when I weigh in and she replied "why wouldn't it"? I've noticed that in previous post I make reference to the same thoughts (hope it says something good) I guess even though I've had surgery it still hasn't registered that the weight is going to come off. I'm so use to dieting and failing I still hold my breath and cross my fingers when it's time weigh in

You're not alone. You are right in that we've dieted and failed so many times. I'm the same way. It's what we've dealt with so long - that disappointment when the scales start going back up when we've lost weight. But, yeah, it does come off. Unless you've been drinking high-calorie milk shakes for breakfast, lunch, and supper, it will come off.
