Wednesday Workout
Boy are my days after a brick rough on my body! All I could manage today was 45 min on the treadmill: 15 min at 6.2, 15 min at 6.3, 10 min at 6.4, 3 min at 6.5, 1 min at 7.1, last minute at 7.5 for a total of 4.73 miles. I thought about doing a speed workout, but by the time I'd run 10 minutes, I realized that I'd never make it, so I just ran instead.
