Today I got up and got to an early one-hour spinning class.  I decided to forego the annual Logan House 5k, and not to test the knee.  I see a physical therapist who specializes in running tomorrow, so I'm anxious to see what kind of miracles he can perform. Rob

I did a brick today, sort of.  Had an hour-long spin class then went and ran 4.25 miles. Linn

It's 2.5 months to the Buffalo Marathon, so today was a 14 mile run that kicked my butt.   I finished without having to walk, but I needed a 2-hour nap when I was done. Next weekend will be easy.  Only 10 miles. Cassie
