It's 2.5 months to the Buffalo Marathon, so today was a 14 mile run that kicked my butt.
I finished without having to walk, but I needed a 2-hour nap when I was done.
Next weekend will be easy. Only 10 miles.

pre warmup DB incline press 35# 4 sets x 15
10 min warm up
Power Cleans
Box Squats with bands (trying out my new Olympic lifting shoes)
8 pm to 9 pm @ work gym
10 min warmup
Giant sets of romanian deadlifts, decline situps, calf press (real light stuff to stretch out and get the blood flowing)
DB Side Bends
Cable Wood choppers
walk treadmill 20 min
