Friday Workout

I did an hour plus weight workout focused on  chest, stomach and legs.  Ouch.  I may walk funny all weekend.  I am planning on doing some cardio on the treadmill while watching tv later. Katy B

I ran/walked 1.5 miles.   I tried going to the gym on my lunch hour.  this does not work for me....I felt too rushed.   also I have definitely lost a step or 2 from being sick...gotta build that back up.   I'm not stopping!!

After my exam yesterday afternoon, I made it to the gym and did 750 yd swimming in 20 minutes then did my strength workout (30 minutes upper body). Pretty good for me actually making it into the pool twice this week! Linn
