Thursday workout

I did 4 miles on the treadmill. Walked .25 miles on each end and ran 3.5 in about 29 minutes - just over  8 min pace. Stretched 15 min   Triceps - 3 exercises - 3 sets per. tweaked back - went home!

Tweaked back? ah but tis jes a flesh wound!!!! 4 miles HIIT, 45 min,....lifting later today. Shamrock 8K this Saturday in Va Bch.

Celebrating my 48th birthday today...so only doing 3 workouts...plus working the late shift. :) 2:40 pm to 3:30 @ barbell club pre warmup - Overhead DB Press 50# x 15x15x15x12 (time to change exercises) 10 min warm up speed bench with chains Overhead Press Push Press Overhead Press pump set 1 Arm DB Laterals superset Hanging leg raises 8:30 pm to 9 pm  @ work gym 5 min warm up Medium Grip Pulldowns Rope pulls to face Cuban Press 1 am or so plan to walk for 30 minutes @ work gym just to stay awake. Decided to take today as a rest day and study for a big test tomorrow, but I'm not working this weekend so am hoping for some good workouts without worrying so much about the time I don't have! Linn

I did 1 hour cardio and 1 hour stregnth training It's been great since I upped my workout to 2 hours, not all at once by the way, and only 6 days a week.

After warming up on the treadmill for 20 minutes, I did a weight workout focused on my shoulders and arms.  I have been nursing a bit of a tweaked back myself.  I had to get a massage.  It turned out it was in my midback and pulling everything out of place. Katy
