3 set leg press 360 for 12, 630 for 10, 810 for 7

2 mile run on treadmill and 1 hour body pump class!! The instructor always kick my ass!! I'm going to start taking more classes. I think it time to change my workouts. I've been doing the same thing for a long time. Well see what happens??
