DB Overhead press (pre warm up - 45 # 4 sets x 15 reps
10 min warm up
Power Snatch / overhead squats
Front Squats with bands ( I think I took too much caffeine today, squat - puked - squat - puked...)
Olympic Good mornings with bands
8 pm @ work gym
walk 20 min on treadmill
Decline Situps

Yep! They're good for power and flexiblity. I do lighter sets of 3 to 5 reps to warm up with. My new gym isn't set up to go heavy. You almost have to be able to drop the bar on heavy sets or you screw up your back or shoulders trying to get the weight back down to the floor. http://youtube.com/watch?v=amfnNu5e26Q
