Monday Workout
Since no one started this thread yesterday, I figured I would today - especially since I was such a good girl yesterday. Monday: AM: 50 min run; 40 min at 6.3 10 min at 6.4 for 5.2 miles. Body felt good, but I ran out of time to go farther. PM: 50 min cycle class I was thinking about dropping out of the triathlon next month, but decided I might just as well stick with it even though I'm not swimming as much as I should. I still have a month... Linn
Wow, Linn ... you burned a heck of a lot of calories yesterday!
I ran 3.50 miles. Missed my Group Power class in the morning because my daughter was sick. I'm going to make up that class later this week!
