Athens Texas Triathlon Pics

Good stuff. How did they do the swim part.  It looks like they did a staggered start and everyone had to do laps in the pool.  Neat.   Way to go man.  Keep it up.

yeah, it was a staggered start.   Every 10 seconds someone would get the 'go' signal and they would jump in. 

Great accomplishment.....proud of you!! Hard to stay on a good food program in Athens, TX.....some of the best food I ever ate in my life there (pre-op, of course!).
