Exercise CD recommendations?
Are you looking for music or DVDs to workout to? I personally like Leslie Sansome's Walk Away the Pounds. They are good for beginners. She has a variety of lengths. On rainy days I usually do the 2mile. You walk in place, do side-steps, lift your knees, and kick. She is good about getting your arms moving to. Maybe check your local library before buying any.
