Wednesday Workout

I got a good speed workout in today! 5 min walk 10 min at 6.3 5 min at 7.2 followed by 2 min at 6.3 (repeat 4 times) another 2 min at 6.3 for total run time of 40 min and 4.5 miles 5 min cool down Didn't even have to take extra jog time in between or slow my fast run speed!  Linn

Wow - you did some great speed work! I did a cardio dance class and 5 min on the arc trainer tonight. Mary

Alternately jogged and walked fast on treadmill 20 minutes to warm up Overall weight workout--legs, arms, back, abs, shoulders--70 minutes Walked 2 miles as fast as I could--didn't time it but it was probably my fastest walk ever Katy B

none I want to get back there so badly, I feel like I'm losing all the progress I"ve made in the past month....but I talked to my doctor & she said NO EXERCISE (who is this woman....???  they've never said that to me before  )  just REST. on the plus side I think the flu is nearly out of me, so I should be able to start up again soon.
