I am soooo ready for spring.  The windchill was -2 today for my 5.25 mile run.  I'm sure I looked like an artic crossing guard all bundled up with my fluorescent vest.  I've got a 12 mile run scheduled for Sunday, so hopefully it'll be a little bit warmer. Cassie

It really is cold here today.  I played chicken and stayed inside at the gym, and did a 1-hour spinning class followed by a 1-hour body bar class.  Long run (8-10 miles) on Saturday, and a 5-mile race coming up on Sunday.  [as long as the weather cooperates]    BTW, I got my Amphipod system today in the mail, and picked up Hammer gel to experiment with this weekend.  The Hammer gel seems to be a lot better than the GU stuff (lower sugar content). I did a 3 mile speed interval run followed by some walking. Today I am going to try the rock climbing wall!  I'm so scared and excited at the same time!  I've been wanting to try this for a long time and finally got up the nerve to sign up for it.  Yikes! Deanna

Today was an average three miles for me.  Also very cold and windy.
