exercise or pills?

i have to actually work the whole day and support two kids. sometimes i feel sad about going into the kids school as everyone else is slim and doesn't have a ghetto booty like mine. So i am really wondering about cosmetic surgery and its expenses. and are there any other alternatives? what about redusyn? i think i will like it!
