Thursday Workout

30 minutes stationary bike. If it had been moving I might have gone almost 10 miles. Also as of today I'm no longer obese. I've joined the "merely overweight" club. Thanks for constant inspriation and motivation.

My workout tonight will be sitting at the "Marathon Movie" and watching other people sweat.  What a life!!! Rob

Great job, Dan!  Who knew it could feel so great to be overweight!  I'm still a member of the overweight group too and probably always will be.  But I'll never ever be obese again!  Woo hoo! Congratulations! Deanna  :)

I ran 3.5 miles today at a comfortable 10:45 average pace.  My normal running partner and I recruited a new runner to join us.   Congratulations Dan on reaching another milestone! Cassie

Did a 55-minute spin class this afternoon... Hardest 12-mile class I've done in a while.  Great workout! Linn

I went to a 2...yes TWO...hour dance "bootcamp" where I worked every muscles plus 20 minutes on the ellipticle.

I'm tired!
