Monday workout
I had an active day - I went for a 5K run. I'm happy to know that I can do as I've sign up to be a running buddy at a 5k race on 3/2. I took my neighbor's dog for a walk. Rodney and I went to the gym to practice our dancing.

Incline DB Press 4 sets x 15 reps 55# pre warmup
10 min warmup
Power Snatch/ Overhead squats
Front Squats with bands
Front Squat lockouts
Olympic Good mornings with bands
Lunges with 80# of chains around my neck...gezzzz I'm getting too old for this.
Hanging leg raises superset 1 legged calf raises
went home and took a nap...I'm spent. Good thing late night guy called off so I work a little later tonight so took my time at gym. I'll probably go walk or do some light back work later tonight...just to stay awake.

You have done all the hard work and nothing will stop you now. Let the nerves turn to excitement. The thrill of standing at the start is only trumped by the thrill of the finish.
