Sunday workout.

Sunday.  I got to the gym early and ran 4 miles (39 minutes), and then did some chest and arm exercises.  Then I spent the rest of the day cooking up some samples for our support group meeting on Tuesday.  Going to try and demonstrate how easy it is to get protein into your diet. Rob

I went a bit lighter today  20  min elliptical

32 min  tread.  but ran in FOUR min spurts....mostly cause flashdance was on tv, & when she was doing that audition....are you kidding me?  who WOULDNT feel empowered ;-)

but then say anything came on & I got tired. 

(80's movie weekend on tvland)

Sounds great Rob. Saturday - took off  Sunday walked 30 min on treadmill @ work gym 8 pm 11 pm walk 15 mins on treadmill (just to wake up) Earl Happy President's Day all you State and Federal workers out there. :)

dh and I went for a dance lesson. We are starting to learn the fox trot and that was challenging. We also did lots of walking around NYC and 2 walks with the neighbor's dog so it was a pretty active day.
