Incline DB Press 4 sets x 15 reps - 40's
5 min warmup
Speed bench with chains
1 Arm DB press superset 1 legged calf raises
1 Arm DB Lateral superset Seated Calf Raises
I have to skip the other half of my workout tonight. Freezing rain and call offs at work keeping me chained to the desk.
