I am trying to establish a routine which would make monday be an off day for exercise. however, I find myself feeling guilty for not going to the gym.   I feel like I *should* go.  I always say to my friends "never should on anyone"  maybe I should pay attention to what I'm telling them do any of you guys experience this?

Me, me, me!!!  I always feel really guilty on my rest days.  I have this weird sense that I'm going to fail if I don't exercise every day!  I know our bodies need rest though.  It's something I struggle with though so you're not alone! Deanna  :)

*whew*  I did some self talk....my new years resolution was to help quiet my inner critic...always piping up, that one.  I realized that was what was happening & feel better now.    but yeah, I think I'm afraid I'll stop if I miss even one day... I'm glad I"m not alone!

I feel guilty on rest days.  For example...last night I was suppose to run, but my body just could not do it.  I started and it stopped...TWICE.  All night, I felt like I should have been doing something.... So...you are NOT alone!  Just don't make it a habit (too many rest days that is...). But...I guess it's better than feeling guilty about polishing off a pie, huh????
