I almost didnt get there today. proud of myself for doing so.
47 min tread. running 2-3 min every 5 min...
sweat wise, this was my best yet. I've got to wring myself out.
feeling wise....kind of meat grinder-ish....
I decided to take today off. I worked and did homework between classes. I'm planning on a long workout tomorrow. The plan is to do a spin class, run 5-6 miles then do some swimming. We'll see what happens tomorrow.
