3.1 mile treadmill 25:13 3 set lat pull down 135 - 8 3 set rows 225 - 8 3 set single arm curl 25 - 8 3 set pully curl 70 - 8 15 minutes stretching

47 min tread.   2 min running every 5 min (shaved off 5 min from prev time....woo hoo) 17 min elliptical. stretches.

2 hr ride with 4x10 min Intervals at 5 bpm below LT.   One flat rear tire + two broken tire levers = 5 mile ride home on rim.  Very bumby.  LOL
