45 minutes stationary bike with a 2 minute cool down. Day 3 of triathlon training complete.

VSG on 06/18/07 with
30 min on stationary bike + 5 cool down 40 min weight training Snowy, cold day here so I did not drive to the gym!  Back to the gym for better workout with the hubby tomorrow...but at least I moved some.
