Monday workout
Thanks for the post to keep me focused and motivated. I only got 16 of my 25 mi goal last week and looks rough for today which ticks me because it will be 3 days since last hitting the road. So far the most exercise I've gotten is carrying my gym bag around. I may have to make a 9 p.m. jaunt after support group mtg tonight and pray it doesn't translate into a poor nights sleep.
Keep that good example posting!!
30 mins. cardio on my recumbant bike while watching Jurrasic Park with my sick son.
20 min weight lifting with 10-15 pound hand weights
5 1/2 min. unmentionable activity at 4am (sure wish he could build that stamina!)

I was so looking forward to getting to the gym today so I could get a really good couple hour workout. Then my son threw-up and I knew that was not happening, so I tried to salvage the workout as much as possible.
I think I'll start popping in here more often to see what you guys are doing for your workouts.
