Friday Workout

30 mins interval workout on the elliptical 2.5 miles. Getting over being sick...if it's not one thing it's another. Feeling great and my thighs are amazing.

I'm working on my thighs too.  What have you found is the best workout to lose fat and tone the thighs?

Friday workout 1:30 to 2:40 pm @ barbell club 10 min warm up Power Cleans Box Squats with bands wide and narrow stance Olympic Good morning with bands Saturday - helped move some gym equipment at a World's Gym auction. Man, my aching back. I could barely walk Saturday night. Earl
