Wed Workout
I ran 2 miles at 6.0 and walked 1 mile at 3.8 mph. My knee started bothering me so I didn't get my 3 mile run in today. But I managed to make it to 2 miles before I had to give up and walk. Stupid knee!

Oh my gosh, Kevin! I'm surprised you didn't get picked up and blown away! That is some strong winds ... hope they were pushing you from behind and you didn't have to run into them!

The first 2 miles were ok but the last 2 was in to the wind!!! I had on a wind breaker jacket on!! I'll never know why the call it that it worked more like a parachute!!

I ran 5.5 miles
after 15 minutes of stretching
3 sets bar bell curls -80lbs
3 sets lat pull down - 180
3 sets on the back machine (?) at 180
