I ran 2 miles at 6.0 and walked 1 mile at 3.8 mph.  My knee started bothering me so I didn't get my 3 mile run in today.  But I managed to make it to 2 miles before I had to give up and walk.  Stupid knee! Deanna  :)

Sorry to hear about the knee Deanna. I spent mos the year last year nursing a bum knee. Still hurts but I wrap it a lot more now. Good luck Earl

Oh my gosh, Kevin!  I'm surprised you didn't get picked up and blown away!  That is some strong winds ... hope they were pushing you from behind and you didn't have to run into them! Good job! Deanna

The first 2 miles were ok but the last 2 was in to the wind!!! I had on a wind breaker jacket on!! I'll never know why the call it that it worked more like a parachute!!

I hope your knee gets better!!

I ran 5.5 miles after 15 minutes of stretching 3 sets bar bell curls -80lbs 3 sets lat pull down - 180 3 sets on the back machine (?) at 180

Speed workout today 5 min walk at 3.5  jog 10 min at 6.1 repeat 4 times: run 5 min at 6.8, jog 2 min at 6.1 jog 2 more min at 6.1 (running out of time or I'd have done 7) 5 min walk at 3.5 Total run time: 40 min; total run miles: 4.3 Linn
