Total Gym

Does anyone out there use the total gym?  If so, do you have some exercises that you would like to share? Thanks, Michelle

I do, I do!  Love my Total Gym!  :) Did yours come with a book of exercises?  Mine did, and that's what I use.  Let me know if you don't have it.  I'll see if I can write up some kind of synopsis or something.

No mine didn't come with a book.  I'm looking for exercises that work the arms, back and abs.  Anything you could give me would be great. Michelle
