Into the 9th day of the CONTACT Mid-Atlantic 30-day Triathalon:

             Swim 2.4 miles! Bike 112 miles! Run 26.2 miles! 

Since I didn't check-in since last Tuesday, here is a summary. Wednesday:  4miles on the track  (12.2 miles left),  ------  (72 miles left), 20 laps swimming (108 laps to go)
Thursday:  ------  (12.2 miles left),  30 miles indoor spinning  (42 miles left), 20 laps swimming (88 laps to go)
Friday:  took the day off...body pump session Saturday: ------  (12.2 miles left),  42 miles indoor spinning  (finished 112 miles), 20 laps swimming (68 laps to go)
Sunday:  4 miles (8.2 miles left),  ----  (finished 112 miles), 20 laps swimming (48 laps to go)
Monday:  8.2 miles (finished 26.2 miles),  ----  (finished 112 miles), ------ (48 laps to go)
Should finish up the tri swimming portion this week...

Monday morning:  60 minute "Group Power" weight lifting class Monday evening:  Ran 2 miles at 6.0 mph and walked 1 mile at 3.8 mph Deanna  :)

5 minute walk at 3.5 4.2 miles in 40 minutes; started at 6.1for 5 min, 6.2 for 25 min 6.3 for 5 min 6.5 last 5 min 5 minute walk at 3.5 30 minutes in the hot tub!  Best place for me to stretch. My body still doesn't feel really good, but each day I run feels better than the last. Linn
