Just want you guys and girls to know that you all inspire me.  As a beginner runner (I am now able to jog a half mile on the treadmill AND on an outside track) I spent a few hours yesterday and today to read through old posts to get some tips...now I want to participate in a 5k.  Gonna do one before my birthday in April.    I am so proud of each and everyone of you.  Keep up the good work.

It's' inspiring to me to see people in the beginning phases get going and make those goals!!  YOU CAN DO IT! Running is the best exercise for getting the weight off and maintaining your goal.  Training for races or events is also a good way to keep going.  Keep up the good work.  We're cheering you on!!!
