Thursday took some time off. Friday 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm @ barbell Club 10 min warmup Speed Bench w/chains Overhead press Push Press Power Jerk 1 Arm DB laterals Box Squat - speed sets 6 pm to 6:30 pm @ home gyms Giant sets of seated calf raises, 1 legged calf raises, Leg raises on decline Glute Ham Raises Grip work Earl Going to "watch" a power lifting meet tomorrow since I don't want to do my Beth's Pampered Chef party. Have a good weekend everyone. Do it because others won't.

Friday was my first run since the marathon.  It was SOOO AWFUL!  I didn't realize how badly I'd feel, but now I believe what I've heard.  Anyway, 5 minute warm up, 30 minutes and 3.2 mile run, 5 minute cool down.  Then I did a Tai Chi Chih class. Linn
