11 mile eliptical. 7 mile stationary bike. Around a gallon of sweat!

8:15 pm to 9 pm @ work gym 15 min abs and calf circuit 30 min on treadmill while watching American Idol. OMG! They are nut jobs. Earl No excuses. No regrets.

Short workout because I had to get to a support meeting to talk about exercise post-surgery. Into the 3rd day of the CONTACT Mid-Atlantic 30-day Triathalon:

             Swim 2.4 miles! Bike 112 miles! Run 26.2 miles! 

Tuesday:   ------                           (16.2 miles left)
                    ------                          (72 miles left)
                   20 laps swimming (128 laps to go)
