Monday Workout

Well after last weeks swelling I took the rest of the week off at the gym since it was my first week back to work.  I went this morning and lifted upper body...not doing cardio yet...waiting on that one. What did you all do?

45 minute BodyPump class at the gym. Tricep pushups hurt!

You know what they say, Dan.  No pain, no gain.  But I agree they hurt.  How do you like the BodyPump class?  I find it breaks the monotony of using the weights, and still gives you a substantiial workout. Rob

For the 1st time in a very long time I've gotten off my butt and walked a mile! :) it's a big start for me to get back on track :)

Into the 2nd day of the CONTACT Mid-Atlantic 30-day Triathalon:              Swim 2.4 miles! Bike 112 miles! Run 26.2 miles!  Sunday:   10 mile run (16.2 miles left) Monday:   40 miles cylcing (72 miles left)                   20 laps swimming (148 laps to go) All this just to to get another lousy t-shirt. Rob
